The Derwentwater Arms
Great Food
The Derwentwater Arms is a good old fashioned Country Inn, we believe in buying and cooking only the finest local ingredients.
The dining area has a warm relaxing atmosphere with views over the village cricket pitch and along the Valley to Stoney Middleton and Eyam.
The menu at the Derwentwater Arms is a mixture of old favourites and new tastes with the menu changing with the season. Booking is advisable.
We have a very popular specials board with a selection of Starters, Main Courses and Desserts. We also pride ourselves in being able to cater for any specific dietery requirements, please do ask when ordering.
During the summer months there is nothing nicer than sitting on the terrace of the Derwentwater Arms and watching village cricket or dining alfresco! As well as the terrace there is also an area set aside for you to play boules!
Real Ales and Fine Wines
We are proud of our Real Ales, Peak Ales Chatsworth Gold and Bakewell Best are made only 3 miles away. We always have at least 3 real Ales on at any time.
Our selection of wines is legendery, we normally have at least 20 wines from around the globe to suit your pallete and to complement your meal.
