Fine Dining with George…
For local fine dining, Sheffield would seem the obvious choice – that was until George came along. Offering mouth watering British cuisine, George’s fine dining restaurant has carved out an impressive name for itself over the last 15 years, most recently culminating in two AA rosettes for its incredible standards and exceptional quality.
Perhaps this recognition is due to those extra little touches; attentive yet unpretentious service, atmospheric lighting, and the fusion of the traditional, exposed brickwork of this 500 year old coaching inn, mixing with the lush, contemporary twist of modern colours and luxurious furnishings.
Homemade British Cuisine
George’s simple British menu has been carefully created by head chef, Helen Heywood. With a focus on flavours, freshness and quality, Helen ensures that as many of the delectable delights on offer as possible are crafted in-house. A dedication to homemade excellence means that guests at our fine dining hotel can enjoy a wide selection of freshly produced tasty treats; from bread to preserves, petit fours to pasta – if we can make it here in our kitchen, we will.
