ACCESSIBLE DERBYSHIRE ANNOUNCES 'THE BIG PUSH'!

18th Aug 2014

This Saturday, Accessible Derbyshire Co-Founders Gillian Scotford and Jane Carver appeared on BBC Breakfast. During their interview on accessible tourism, the pair announced their new campaign to be launched in the autumn: THE BIG PUSH!

The aim of this two-year project is to make Derbyshire THE most accessible National Park in the country. The campaign will consist of interactive training sessions on accessibility  for organisations in Derbyshire and the Peak District,  identifying with them how their access can be improved and then fundraising to provide the solution.

Over the coming weeks Accessible Derbyshire will be sourcing funding for the project and we would love to hear from anyone who is interested in supporting or taking part in THE BIG PUSH! Please get in touch via the website at info@accessiblederbyshire.org.

We're looking forward to hearing from you!
