Sarah Fowler is a woman on a mission!

A few weeks ago Sarah, the new Head of the Peak Park authority launched a challenge to raise £8000 to purchase a 'BOMA 7' 'all-terrain wheelchair for the Peak Park.

These amazing 'off-roaders' can cover even the toughest terrain. BOMAs have even climbed to the top of Mount Snowden and so are ideally suited to to our hilly Peak  landscape, making it accessible for everyone.

Sarah is already half way towards her £8000 target which is fantastic news - but time is running out! The challenge is 'crowd-funded' which means that if Sarah doesn't reach her target in time none of the pledges will be collected!

So - if you're a lover of the countryside and looking for a worthwhile project to support look no further than Sarah's BOMA 7 challenge. Please make your pledges at https://crowdfunding.justgiving.com/wheelchairbike so that it counts towards Sarah's total.

Accessible Derbyshire are supporting the challenge and will be donating funds to boost the total in the coming week including funds raised by Araam Tehrani on his Eroica Britannia 100 mile and funds raised at the Sheffield Cycle Grand Prix on 22nd July.

Come on Sarah - you can do it!!!!
