MIDAS Passenger Assistant Training

MIDAS Passenger Assistant Training
Passenger Assistants are key people in the transportation of young people and adults. Ensuring a safe, comfortable journey for everyone, including those with access needs, is a responsible, rewarding and sometimes challenging job.
Many local councils, including Derbyshire County Council, require Passenger Assistants working on their school contracts to undertake specific training for this important role delivered by a Community Transport Association (C.T.A.) qualified trainer within 6 months of starting their employment.
The Accessible Training Company is running a Passenger Assistant Training (P.A.T.'s) course led by our C.T.A. qualified trainers on Tuesday, 15th December, 2015 at the 3aaa County Cricket Ground, Derby.
The course will give Passenger Assistants the information and skills they need to be able to carry out their role with confidence and participants will receive their P.A.T's certificate upon successful completion of the training.
