BBC Watchdog programme investigates accessibility.

Accessibility was the subject of a recent investigation by BBC Watchdog. Reporter Nikki Fox and an undercover team investigated the accessibility of 50 venues around the U.K. The show's shocking findings have prompted the Minister for Disabled People to promise action.

One of the key findings of the film was the urgent need for venues to ensure that staff receive training to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and confidence to ensure that customers receive a warm and friendly welcome whatever their access needs may be.
